I have a 2023 early XC40 Recharge Plus with premium wheels, metal fleck black premium paint and climate package. I absolutely love my new car, I have put about 5000 miles on it so far. The car gets about 250 miles per change (~15% to 90%) during warmer weather and last winter the range was decreased about 30% during the coldest months of Upstate NY. I have had no need for public chargers. I use range optimization setting except when occasionally I want to feel exhilaration when punching the pedal of a 402 hp car.Read More on Reddit
Test drive it at highway speed. A small but significant portion of the C40/XC40 EVs have a drivetrain vibration at speed. Volvo knows about it but doesnt have a fix. If possible, Id not take delivery of one with that issue. Mine has it and, while not extremely bothersome, it is definitely an annoyance.Read More on Reddit
